Jan Fearnley is a multi-award winning author/illustrator. Jan’s many awards include the AOI gold Award in 2002 for Mr Wolf and the Three Bears, an Oppenheim Portfolio Gold Award for A Perfect Day for it and the Stockport Children’s also shortlisted for the Blue Peter Award. She has also been shortlisted for the Federation of Children’s Book Groups award more times than she cares to remember!.

Jan’s passion is instilling a love of early literacy and she loves to promote story writing and illustrating with the many children she runs workshops with.

Jan lives in Surrey and The Limousin, France, with her husband and two Cornish Rex cats.
